Hotel Changes & Cancellations

The following changes and cancellations policies apply to housing arrangements made in the PRSM reserved room block for rooms reserved in the Mid-Year Conference registration process.

Retailers

Reservation cancellations made within 72 hours PRIOR to your ARRIVAL DATE, will incur a charge of one night's room rate of $199.00 plus tax charged to the credit card used for guarantee regardless of when the initial room request was received.  

PRSM Conference Housing Customer Service will accept in writing, by email to PRSM@wyndhamjade.com, requests for reservation changes and cancellations until 5:00pm (CT), August 22, 2017. Beginning August 23 and prior to 72 hours of your date of arrival, please contact your hotel directly for changes or cancellations.  In addition, hotel may charge an early departure fee for checking out earlier than scheduled.  To avoid this, please verify your departure date prior to or upon arrival.

Exhibitors/Non-Exhibiting Suppliers
