Retailers
 

Payment: Registrations will not be processed without FULL PAYMENT.  Payment must be made by major credit card or check in US dollars only.  Please mail check payments to PRSM Association, PO Box 226125, Dallas, TX 75222-6125. For payments by credit card, please send by fax at 972.231.4081.

Membership: It is not mandatory for Retail attendees to be current 2017 PRSM Association members to attend; however, discounted rates are offered for current PRSM Members.  If you are not a member and would like to join the PRSM Association, please complete the Retail Corporate Membership Application. Once completed and processed, member discounts for the Mid-Year Conference will be applied.

Lost/Stolen Badges: Lost or stolen badges are subject to a $100 replacement fee which is non-refundable.

Registration Cancellations:  All registration cancellations must be received in writing by email to Membership@prsm.com. Prior to August 11, Attendee will receive a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee. After August 11, NO REFUNDS. Substitutions are encouraged. For further assistance, you may contact the PRSM Conference Registration Customer Service at 972.349.7789.

Housing Payment: All reservations require credit card guarantee of a one night’s deposit with Wyndham Jade.

Housing Changes/Cancellations:  Reservation cancellations made within 72 hours PRIOR to your ARRIVAL DATE will incur a charge of one night's room rate of $199.00 plus tax charged to the credit card used for guarantee regardless of when the initial room request was received. PRSM Conference Housing Customer Service will accept in writing, by email to PRSM@wyndhamjade.com, requests for reservation changes and cancellations until 5:00 pm (CT), August 22, 2017. Beginning August 23 and prior to 72 hours of your date of arrival, please contact your hotel directly for changes or cancellations. In addition, hotel may charge an early departure fee for checking out earlier than scheduled. To avoid this, please verify your departure date prior to or upon arrival.

Substitutions: All requests for substitutions must be made in writing with a complete registration form by 5:00 pm (CT), August 30, 2017 and fax to 972.231.4081. Additional fees may be required based on the replacement’s membership status. After August 30, REGISTRATION substitutions will be processed onsite.

Membership: Non-Exhibiting Supplier Companies who are not current PRSM Members can only attend under the NES Non-member category one time. Current 2017 PRSM Association members who chose this NES category will receive discounted registration rates.
